I don't watch this, and therefore couldn't really care less about it, but I know a few of you here follow and are fond of it, so here you go:

Thanks, Gary. That's good news.
I haven't watched since the episode Guilt and Innocence (confirming the loss of the babies). I have the episodes on DVR to watch. Btw, someone at imdb.com does an excellent job of summarizing the episodes.
I'm even further behind on Revenge, the entire season so far.
Another btw, imdb.com has this season's episodes, for both shows, online to watch.
At my age, I *need* to see two or three episodes at a time. Things are easier for me to remember that way.

If ever a show deserved a renewal, it's this one.
When Hagman died, I wasn't even looking forward to the season. To give it a perspective, he was every bit as good at playing JR Ewing as Shatner is at playing James T. Kirk or Nimoy is at playing Spock.
When Hagman was on screen, even at 80 years old, the show was just better.
The writers wrote the character perfectly, and the worst part about the beginning of the season was that Hagman was still awesome, and knowing he was dead, it was hard to not imagine what the show could have been had he lived to see the end.
Yet that said, the writers showed immense talent in dealing with the death of its greatest character. They did everything they could, as well as they could.
So different from Generations, where it was unnecessary, and the actor wanted to reverse it.
After JR's death, the show could have come to a creative halt. Instead, they used it to springboard the rest of the season, and set up some things for the future. The stories were good.
This show is actually good enough that it deserves to be a top rated show on a big network. This is something well deserved, and it's good they were rewarded.
