Since I'm currently plowing through TOS, I thought it was about time I start reading "These Are the Voyages". I was able to snag a copy of the first volume from the library (I'll try to purchase them all later) and I'm about halfway through on the "Conscience of the King" section.
The thing I like most is tracing the stories from initial story pitch through various drafts to what appeared onscreen. As someone who's done a little script rewriting for the stage, I find it interesting. I'm watching season 3 now, so I'm really looking forward to reading this stuff in the third volume.
I also like the occasional bits of fan mail included.
