On the last possible day, we saw Jurassic World in 3D. At first, it seemed a bit grizzly, even though there wasn't a lot of graphic gore, but as it went on, we were swept up in the calamity, and had a lot of fun. Chris Pratt, who I'd never heard of, is hot!
We rarely go to movies, but we're thinking about seeing MI5 on the big screen too. I want to see Cruise hanging outside that jet in life size! Tom's 53 now.

If you like Chris Pratt, I'd check out Guardians of the Galaxy. He also has a bit part in Moneyball. He used to be fatter. He was a lot of fun on Parks and Recreation. There's also rumor of rebooting Indiana Jones with him, but I really don't want that. I haven't seen MI5 because I didn't see MI4 and I was sick for a couple weeks. So I don't know how many of the films I want to see I'll get to before they're gone. -TK

I've recorded Guardians of the Galaxy several times, but have always deleted it without watching (with five of us, we need the space on the DVR). I saw Moneyball, but I don't recall Chris Pratt in it; ditto for Zero Dark Thirty. Never saw Parks and Rec; sitcoms are not my thing. The imdb.com site lists him being in Everwood, which I liked, but again, I don't recall him. (Of course, we all know my memory sucks.)
Having looked at many pictures of him, I'm surprised he came off as hunky and hot in the JP movie. To me, he doesn't look that way most of the time (and that has nothing to do with his weight).
We're seeing MI5 tomorrow. Two movies in one month, and usually we don't see one a year!

We saw Mission Impossible - Rogue. It was a lot of fun. It started with the scene of Ethan Hunt (Cruise) hanging on the outside of the jet, so it was nice to enjoy that from the start.
It seems like the MIF and/or some team member is disavowed in every movie. Still, we really enjoyed it. When MIF 6 comes out, we'll probably see it on big screen too. I'll wait to see Jack Reacher 2 on DVD (or maybe by then we'll watch it via streaming). I've read all the Jack Reacher books.
