The movie was worth seeing. It's a good movie. But let's not overrate it.

I first saw this great documentary that connects what George Lucas did with the original Star Wars & prequel trilogies back when The HISTORY Channel premiered it on May 28th, 2007, it's must see TV, enjoy!

I've been agin' Harrison Ford movies, with the exception of a few, like Air Force One and What Lies Beneath. I always saw him, not the character. I finally saw The Force Awakens. There were Rey and Finn on the Millennium Falcon when who should walk in? Han Solo. Not Harrison Ford. Han Solo. I really enjoyed the movie.

I really liked it too, Mel. A friend of mine in my , ahem, "Age Bracket" was kind of pissed off about new characters and other silly issues. They needed to pass the torch and pay homage to the original films at the same time. I think they succeeded. All I will say is I wish they had done this years ago instead of making Prequels that nobody cared about.

I agree.
I just watched episodes 1, 2, and 3 again on TV. They're awful! It's like they're geared for children. Yoda looked like a puppet. Worse, instead of seeing jedis, I saw actors Liam Neeson, Samuel Jackson, Ewan McGregor, and so on.
The only thing I found interesting was Queen Amidala's outfits.

I have trouble getting through even one of the Prequels. The last one was the most tolerable.
