This isn't a bad cartoon. This is the second animated series, but it's more of a comedy. It's a parody without really being a parody. If you are a long time fan of Star Trek, some of the jokes they make are pretty good. The writers clearly know their stuff.
Of course, I'd like to see a more serious animated series starring Kirk and crew, along the lines of Star Wars Clone Wars or Rebels.
