I used to buy television sets with both VHS and DVD for my niece Miranda, for her shows and movies. (Heck, going way way back, I bought them for myself too.) Several such TVs died over time.
The most recent one, which is now quite old, is kaput. I haven't found ANY television sets for sale with VHS and DVD (TVs of a decent size, not 9 or 13 inch).
Who's going to play the demastered tapes?? On what?? They loved VHS so much that, somehow, their machines still work?? I find that hard to believe.
If such TVs are for sale somewhere, in a decent size, please let me know.
Every now and then she gets angry and lashes out at things. She really needs a big box TV. I've been afraid to buy a flat screen for her. Even if we hang it high on the wall, she could break it. Her pitching arm has good aim.
