Question about Trump's $600 Economic Payment

I have a question that, for me, hasn't been satisfactorily answered.  You guys are on the East Coast, so maybe you know.

Trump authorized a $1200 payment, and then a $600 payment. Some people got the $600 and some didn't. Did any of you get it?

If you got the $600 check, when you got Biden's check of $1400, was it actually for $800, because of the $600 payment you already received?

I ask because we got two payments, $1200 and then $1400. The literature said if we we're missing a payment, then we should file a 1040 return to get it.  Well over a year ago, I did that for all four of us (the other three are mentally handicapped; this stuff is up to me). I keep getting a form letter from the IRS that verifies that we got the $1400 payment, which we all received, no dispute there. But I'm asking about the $600 payment, and I've gotten no response about that.

So, are we missing the $600, or am I doing the math wrong?

I think it just depends on your income from the prior year. Probably best for an accountant to speak on it.

I just checked my records and I got all three payments. I got the $1200 and then $600 Trump checks, and the $1400 Biden check. It was the full $!400. Now, this is probably due to income level, because I think my sister may not have gotten one of them. Anyway, I definitely got all three.

You may have missed the qualifications for the $600, or the IRS dropped the ball. They've been VERY slow about getting people their money the last two years. I didn't get my refund last year until the end of August, and I filed in February!

My relatives are all on Social Security and have no other income. I think the IRS owes them $600 each. I'm going to try again.
